Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical or technical errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

Heritagewear does not store your complete payment credentials.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected serviceable locations.

Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery within India is approximately 5 business days, subject to courier availability and destination.

International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange or eligible return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returned products must:

Be in their original condition.
Include all original tags and packaging.

A continuous 360-degree unboxing video, beginning before the package is opened and clearly showing the shipping label and product contents, is required for claims involving wrong, damaged, missing, or defective products.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Applicable return shipping charges and restocking fees may apply as outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

Customers who no longer wish to receive a shipment may refuse delivery at the time of delivery. Any applicable return handling, shipping, or COD charges may be deducted in accordance with our published policies.
